Changing mortgage. I have used Matt before and did not hesitate to ask him for advice again. He helped me with changing my mortgage provider. Pretty much almost there. Just some final paperwork but I expect the outcome to be positive. What could they have done better? There isn't anything I think could have been improved. Matt is very through and experienced so he knows what is needed and tells you what to expect and how long things should take.

We were looking for a Mortgage and being over 60 were finding it difficult, the bank wanted us to take a loan at 7.5% for the amount we wanted a mortgage for.
